Which ever is closer to you. The closer they are, the faster you get food :D
And if they're both around the same area, get pizza hut..
While neither are really gourmet, I'd choose Dominoes over Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut used to be good but in my experience has really gone down hill over the last 5-10 years. The taste and quality just isn't what it used to be. Bread is dry,the rest (of what you do get) is practically tasteless. I'd opt for a frozen pizza before Pizza Hut these days.

If you're going for flavor of the toppings & sauce, go for Dominoes. But if you want (extremely) yummy crust, go for Pizza Hut. I like Dominoes' new crust too, but Pizza Hut's crust is to die for.
If you get dominoes, eat the box, throw away the pizza.
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite restaurants :)
