Well, it'd be easier to have it indoors rather than a tent! Those tents get hot inside and in order to have electricity like black lights you'd need it dark outside or very very dark inside. That and a ton of extension cords and praying the lights stay up.
For my 16th birthday I want a blacklight party. I was wondering if I can have it in a rental tent & not a salon. Can that happen & how can I do it?
