You want to be able to talk to all of your guests, personally. Can you talk to 300 people in 2 hours? Baby showers don't run much longer than that.
And how about the gifts? Your guests want to see you open your gifts... there are even games geared toward that part of the event. You can't open 200+ gifts in an hour.
All in all, in my opinion, you shouldn't invite more than 50 people, MAX. Any more than that just seems greedy... like you just want a bunch of gifts, so you'll invite just about anyone... you know?
Goahed taking pictures and tons of foods and games and thankful to everyone presenting a gift for remembering baby shower function like small momento
Hello. My sister is planning a baby shower for me. I will be having around 200-300 guests so we decided to rent a hall. So far the planning is going great! Only problem is how do I entertain 300 guests. My family are very big into drinking and they turn every gathering into a party but I do not want alcohol at my baby shower. I also don't want dancing music because I don't want my baby shower to turn into a huge party. I decided on no DJ because of that.
I just want a short sweet baby shower. Lots of interacting with loved ones. Lots of pictures and tons of food. And games if it's possible with so many guests. Any ideas?
