It does sound good. Rather than making shrimp scampi...why not make just the fetuccine alfredo and have seasoned cooked chicken and shrimp along side so people can choose either one to mix in to their alfredo?
Iced tea is also nice to have as a beverage.

Hello i am planing on doing a pasta bar type thing for this party i am hosting 40-50 people will be attending and the pasta, salad, breadstick/garlic bread will all be buffet style (: here is what im thinking:
-Shrimp scampi served with spaghetii noodles
-baked ziti
-bread sticks, cheesy garlic bread
-garden salad
-ceasar salad
-salad dressings, toppings, and croutons
And of course drinks: lemonade, soda, water
Does this sound good? Should i add fetuccine alfredo to the pasta bar? What do you think?
