You only turn 16 once. So this is going to have to be what you want to do. But you can go to Virginia Beach anytime, it is always going to be there. But you only have one shot a super sweet 16 party! I would probably have a really nice Sweet 16 party, and then maybe for a graduation present in a few years your parents will let you take a trip with your friends to Virginia Beach as a Graduation Gift. Its just a thought, but I am in the process already planning my daughters sweet 16 which is a year and a half away, but I am a party planner and I want it to be huge, and memorable!

If it were me, I'd totally take the trip to Virginia.

Im turning 16 in April on the 8th and Im stuck between two big ideas. I can either have a sweet 16 party OR take a week long trip to VA beach because the following week is spring break. I dont want to do both because I dont want to break my parents pockets ! Maybe I could have a big birthday dinner on the day of my birthday then choose the trip ? What do you guys think Im totally stumped...
