Hi! I remember tearing my hair out over party ideas! If I were you invite your friends over and go shopping or swimming and go out for dinner somewhere then go back to yours for a sleep over if possible.
If not then just try day activities such as,
Go see a movie
Shopping
Go-karting
Bowling
Pizza making
Swimming
Pottery making
Go to a beauty salon for a make over :D

Well if you want a dance party, you can have a neon theme, or just a regular dance party. It doesn't take that much work either! All you have to do is find a place to have your party, order a lot of pizza, soft drinks and cupcakes on the day of the party, rent a DJ, and there you have it... It's really fun and you can buy a pretty dress to wear. Also to have a dance party, invite a bunch of people because it is more fun that way.
