IMO adults don't need party favors. I took my boys to a birthday party last weekend and they gave small candies to adults, which were decorated/colored with the theme of the party. This was fine enough and I don't think adult favors at all need to be more extravagant.

I'm having a birthday party for my son and the theme is Mike & Sully (from Monsters Inc.) The party is for him, but since he's 1 most of the guests will be adults. (Ages 14-44)

What are some party favors that are kid-themed but will appeal to adults? So far all I can think of are Mike & Sully Pez dispensers but I'd like to stay away from too much candy.
