Off topic but, go to your local plant store and buy live ladybugs for a VERY cool ladybug release. Have done several with kids that I educate about nature and they love it!!!!
You've picked a hard theme for adult party favours!
The only things that spring to mind are red and black spotted bows, or red and black spotted false eyelashes.
You also can't go wrong with black and red sweets!
