I live in NW Ohio, and doing research on opening an Irish pub/bar in NW Ohio. However, there are a similar bars in, and around the surrounding area. I'm looking for creative ideas. What can set my pub in a class of its own? The pubs I have visited have similar food, live music, and of course; alcohol. Just looking for ideas/advice- what makes you want to visit a particular bar establishment? Thanks!!
