Don't worry your stomach just hasn't digested all the food yet so all you'll have to do is wait and sit and relax until you do. It will take 30 to 1 hour since you ate so much but your perfectly fine.
I ordered spaghetti, and I felt a bit guilty so while I waited for them to arrive, I did around 34 sit ups, 25 squats, and more exercises and then the big, large tin of spaghetti arrived at my door. I devoured it ALL (The cheese, the sauce, the pasta) along with the garlic bread!!!! The bread was a full half arms length!! Yeah, I sound fat and all, and I do have a bit of flab here and there, BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT!!!!
My STOMACH feels AWFUL. It feels SO TIGHT and SO FULL. Am I alright?!?!! I didn't even wait to eat after I worked out, I dived right in. I guess my body was craving protein and fat??!?!
PLEASE tell me that this is normal. Right now, my stomach is tight and is like a balloon. It is sticking out a few inches longer than my entire hand. :::::::::::::::::::::(
