They are SO easy to make & they don't have to be hot (even if you have them cold they are still yum!)
Ingredients
Makes: 24 large or 48 small rolls
1 kg sausage mince
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, very finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs (you can use pkt but they are REALLY dry - I remove crusts from a few slices of bread & just crumble the bread - easy!)
6 sheets frozen puff pastry
barbeque sauce (or ketchup) - couple of squirts (very specific measurement)
milk for pastry edges
Directions
Preparation:20min ? Cook:35min ? Ready in:55min
1.In a mixing bowl add sausage mince, garlic, onion, carrot, egg and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly .
2.Separate sheets of puff pastry, leaving plastic sheet face down then cut in half.
3.Using a spoon, lay mixture lengthways on each half sheet. Using your finger tips, rub 1 edge of pastry with milk, and roll pastry so that the edges overlap.
4.Each roll can be cut in half for large rolls or 4 for smaller bite size rolls. Bake at 180 degrees C on a baking paper lined tray for approx 35 mins.

So at the end of this school year, our teacher said that because we would have taken an AP test, she wouldn't give us a normal final. We would bring food and have a (quiet) party.
I'm known in the class for randomly bringing brownies and cookies at times, which I will that day, but I also want to make something that's not sweet. We will be there for a while and I'm thinking that my teacher won't be as enthusiastic as us for basically pure sugar.
Does anyone know party food that's not very sweet? I'd enjoy making something myself. I don't mean chips or fake food, and I don't just want to bring fruit or veggies. Sorry if that's too specific. (I thought of granola?) Feel free to make outlandish suggestions they might be fun to learn.
