No to fancy dinner?

I think a first date is a moment to cherish and revisit as time goes on..a picnic at a state or local park, sightseeing, a fair, event, is all a better idea than a fancy dinner, when you don't really know the person all that well. I would save that for a major date in the future. It cost a woman as much for the date, as it would you the meal. She might not have the money, nor the clothes for such a fancy place. Don't let their date plans bother you. But pay attention to not wanting to date those who don't agree with you, and thank them for letting you know that!

It really depends what age you are

Going to a funfair and bowling is what young people might do, as it is fun

A serious date would not be to the funfair and a fast food place, as that's just cheap

Depends what you like. Or maybe what you like that day. Or whether it's a cold dark winter evening or a nice sunny afternoon. I think you meant cliche, not clique.

I would prefer a casual restaurant where you can feel more comfortable to talk.

My friends and i were talking about what will our ideal date would be? They all said places they will go then go to a fancy expensive resturant. But i told them that i would like to go to the Fun Fair,go bowling,go for a walk and eat at fast food place. I told them that i think going to a fancy resturant was clique. And they thought it was weird, that i didnt like fancy resturants for a date.

Anyone else that doesnt like fancy resturants for a ideal date?
