I think the costuming and the commitment to character are really more important than the decor. All I can say is candles, lots of moody music from Wagner and Tchaikovsky on Pandora or Spotify and finger foods. The guests really make the party so lean on them to really go all out with costumes. Give them plenty of lead time to get outfitted and to learn their character. No one will even notice the decor. Other than that have lots of beverages and place different finger foods at different stations around the party so guests have opportunities to mingle and back-stab. That's what it's all about!
It's a murder mystery that's called beasts ball (like beauty and the beast Disney themed) what could I do for decorations? I want cheap, easy, but still cool and or it to have a cool atmosphere. Also what should i serve for dinner?
