I don't think highly of Quillin at all, so I'd take Cotto here.
Of course KC hits very hard, and he could definitely knock Cotto out.
Quillin hasn't impressed me in a few consecutive fights now. He's not active enough and doesn't fight well when he's pressured IMO.
I think Cotto would win a decision or possibly stop Quillin. The fight won't happen though, much bigger fights are out there for Cotto.
Well, I've got no right to suggest Peter Quillin could and/or would beat Miguel Cotto I mean, how do I make the case?
Miguel Cotto, UD.
But I do think Quillin will get that signature win he craves not too long from now, and then people will take notice.
I think Cotto. Maybe i'm just biased against Quillin for his disgusting fight ducking antics and the fact that he's hiding out with the rest of the cowards on Showtime, but I think he has never showed anything that could trouble Cotto.
Cotto
Cotto, and canelo or golovkin are far bigger fights. Canelo has a huge fanbase and is a PPV fighter and GGG is fighting at Madison square garden doing 1.4 million views on HBO. Quillin is fighting on undercards and had looked poor in his last two fights.
Quillin doesn't deserve a fight that big yet. He still hasn't proven himself. Cotto would destroy him.
Cotto by stoppage
I think this bout would be the next biggest fight for Miguel Cotto knowing that Peter Quillen is a young undefeated champion from New York.
