Great meal!

Try and think of your partners favoeite foods and put them into a three course meal. Try and go for a theme like Chinese or Italian depending one what they like.

Starter how about a caprese salad with balsamic vinaigrette ? super easy Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves and balsamic vinaigrette (my favorite salad)

entree could be a mustard- panko crusted chicken breasts served with sautee veggies and garlic mashed potatoes?????

and for a simple desert how about ice-cream with crushed caramelized nuts and fresh berries? maybe add some strawberry coolie

I want to cook a romantic meal for my partner Saturday night. We have both been so busy recently we haven't had a chance to do anything nice and I have the day off so would love to spend it cooking. I just don't know what to serve. I don't really have a budget but there are some other limitations.

I want to do 3 courses (starter, main, dessert) NO FISH AT ALL both of us can't stand it. And my partner isn't too keen on soups either so I have been racking my brain for a starter.

I was thinking perhaps a range of bruschetta to start and chocolate lava cakes for dessert but I have no idea about a main.

I am open to all ideas about ALL courses nothing is set in stone except the no fish. I don't necessarily need recipes I can google and invent myself just ideas for dishes.

I would love the help

Thanks
