Rent a hall

Food- either the hall can provide it or still go with the BBQ theme

Appetizer- fruits, veggies, roll ups, pin wheels

Entree - hamburgers ,BBQ chicken, hot dogs

Sides- potato salad, macoroni salad, chips, color slaw, baked beans, macoroni & cheese

Dessert- cookies, cakes

Or for a simpler idea provide a main dish such as sloppy joes, sandwiches, spaghetti etc,.. Amd have everyone bring a dish to pass or give them a receipe to make and bring!

Why do you take a BBQ? Even if it rains, you can still do it. At that time, you need to prepare a large marquee or gazebo, waterproof will be better. And it's not a tough thing to hold a large party as long as you prepare party tents, enough foods, drinks and outdoor activities that the old and the young can both take part in. BBQ will bring much fun to your whold party especially in the summer night. Imagine that, lying or sitting about the BBQ grill and chating each other, or watching the twinkling stars in the sky.

Need a gazebo or party tent, even a bbq grill, you can visit http://www.gardenmore.co.uk/, you can find the one you love.

Bowling is always simple and cheap for large groups. Call ahead and rent out some alleys. Or call a movie theater and rent out a section for your family so you can all talk and have fun together. :)

Hey,

My parents really want to have a huge get together this summer. I am one of nine kids and my parents want to meet our various boyfriend and girlfriends and their respective families and thats a lot of people. We have done this before but with far less people and we usually meet at a restaurant.

There will be:

My parents (2)

Maddie and Stu (2)

PJ, Ty and Dec (3)

Stu's family (5)

Kyle and Alex (2)

Alex's family (4)

Connor (1)

Craig and Luke (2)

Luke's family (7)

Kieran and Hayley (2)

Hayley's family (4)

Me and Him (2)

His family (8)

Kane (1)

Meadow and Liam (2)

Liam's family (5)

Keating (1)

That's about 53 people and obviously there is not restaurant that will accommodate that many people.

What can we do instead as it isn't BBQ weather and we wouldn't all fit in our house?
