That's hard, but I will go with Pacquiao. Here's why.
The last six fights for Floyd, he picks them to all be very similar. Slow punchers, large bodies, and hard hitters. Why? Because Floyd knows 10/10 he will always beat this style.
What style does he have trouble with? Well, let's look back to the fight he had with Judah in 2006. Judah was extremely fast like Mayweather, didn't hit hard (more like a bradley). Judah's speed gave Mayweather extreme trouble the first 4 rounds where Judah clearly won and dominated in them all. Unfortunately, Judah couldn't hang, got fatigued, and outboxed by Floyd.
Let me tell you something. Judah does not compete to Pacquaio's speed, and you saw the trouble it gave Mayweather. This doesn't even include the fact that Pacquiao's speed = velocity, KO power, which is extremely rare. This doesn't include how Pacquaio has the best footwork in boxing. And this doesn't include how Pacquaio is the best southpaw in boxing.
Overall, Floyd will make Manny eat rights all night long, but he simply does not have the power to hurt Manny like Marquez's perfect punch did. While, Pacquaio will have Mayweather's face tattooed with his straight left all night long...and let me tell you...Mayweather will get HIT with it ALL night because unlike the fighters he usually chooses, Pacquaio will be quick enough- faster than Floyd- to catch him. And Pacquaio does have KO power, unlike Floyd.
Pacquiao would win this one, IMO. It would be close, but when I look back at the fights Floyd struggled with most- it's with boxers with abilities that Pacquaio's biggest strengths are...all rolled up in one little person.
I've said it would not take place till Floyd tied the 49-0 undefeated record. IMO, he'd then want an easy fight to break it by going 50-0. Fighting only twice a year. We may not see the Pac fight for awhile or maybe not at all.
Alot of people say Mayweather will beat Manny because he is smarter. But i think that Pacquiao will beat him because mayweather seems to have more trouble with faster fighters. Lets face is Canelo isnt really fast. Maidana isnt really fast. Both Canelo and Maidana dont have the best Stamina. Pacquiao punches are really fast and he throw at weird angles. I believe that he will hit mayweather alot and that he will be the one to throw the better punches
Floyd Mayweather by UD things might have been different a few years ago when they were both in their prime but they're both nearing the end of their careers and Manny has lost that killer instinct
they always use jmm to gauge pacquiaos weakness....
completely diregarding that jmm went through hell to be able to withstand pacs power.... the jmm pac fought in the featherweight aint the same jmm that beat pac in the welters, the early version jmm has a weak chin even floyd who cant hurt a fly managed to floor him... thats the true jmm
that 40 yr old version jmm was a lab work, designed to stop the unstoppable pacquiao...see, the only way to beat pac is to toughen up your chin so you can get in while he is wide open to land clleaner shots, then power up your punches so you can hurt him and hopefully knock him out, you need both to survive the night...
against pac, floyd's chin will be put to test, and im afraid he doesnt have the power punch to disorient pacquiaos southpaw attacks, floyds only choice is to run...but then again, watch how pac cuts the ring to catch runners like sasakul, I leave that to your judgement...
knowin pac, hes the type who loves the limelights, theres no major event he doesnt want to be....the bigger the stage, the more hes pumped up... the floyd fight will wake up that dragon sleepin in pacquiao, you dont know how much venom pac has for floyd...
it will be a bad decision if floyd agrees to fight pacquiao

I know ALOT of people don't care about the fight not happening because Floyd mayweather has too many conditions, and excuses to NOT let the fight happen because Floyd is scared of Pacquiaos speed, and because Floyd hates left-handed/southpaw boxers, BUT lately Floyd Sr. has been saying if pacman defeats the Manny Pacquiao vs Chris Algieri fight, the fights open on the table as a possibility, either Pacquiao or Khan for the last 2 fights.

The fight is too close for me, mayweather is a defensive, evasive tactical genius that adjusts to the boxer after the first 3 rounds, so my opinion if pacquiao cant KO mayweather in the first 3 rounds, mayweather will dominate him. im BOTH a pacman and mayweather fan, but for this fight i want pacman to win, although i think mayweather will defeat him. mayweather is smart and I remember the mayweather vs canelo fight mayweather only got hit in the head like 3 times, but pacquao has 5 losses, and a devastating career-changing KO by marquez that everbody knows about. Mayweather has never lost, has never been knocked out, while pacman has lost 5 or so, and knocked out before.
so plz answer boxing fans, and if u can explain why Manny would be able to win, or Mayweather would be able to win and why?
