I am planning a 30th birthday party for my sister in law. I am in the Virginia Beach area and I am trying to think of a unique, yet classy location to have the party at. My biggest things are that I want everyone to be able to mingle, which you can't really do at a sit down restaurant and I can't spend a fortune.
One of my thoughts was Lubo Wine Tasting Room, but I am not sold on it yet.
Any thoughts?
