Lennox was smart to stay away from America until he was older and bigger. Foreman would be a great American in his prime and Lennox would lose. Lennox stayed away from American fighters until they were older.
Lewis was big and a punching threat [unlike Ali] so i doubt Foreman would be punching as stupidly if they had fought.
With this said; Lennox Lewis UD Foremans only hope is a ko which could happen and did happen to Lennox several times.
Lewis would probably get knocked out.
Foreman had trouble with speed and lateral movement. Lewis was too slow of foot and too ponderous to replicate what Ali or Jimmy Young did. Lewis's pawing jab which was ineffective against Frank Bruno and Ray Mercer wouldn't keep Foreman off of him. In this match up, Lewis would essentially be a stationary opponent with no significant reach advantage, an inferior jab to Foreman, and lacking in the chin to take Foreman's punches. The real issue we should be resolving is how long Lewis would last. I'd say about 3 rounds.
young foreman is a bit of a conundrum to me ,he looked like a beast bounceing frazier around yet looked like a 3 fight novice vs an old past it ali . lennox is why to clever to trade with foreman in the first two rounds and he would box behind his jab till george got a little tired then go for the finish around about the 8/9th rd
It would be a great fight...but Lewis might beat Foreman. Strong boxer puncher vs puncher.
Lewis wins, probly UD maybe by late KO
