Depends on the type of bread. Wheat in general is not as nutritious as it used to be ,thanks to pesticides. If you eat toast i recommend either pumpernickel or potato bread.
Toast is good for you. I would recommend wheat bread because it has more vitamins and a lot fewer calories than white bread. Add a scoop of peanut butter and it is quite delicious.
