Showtime is now the sponsor, but it's scheduled to be a PPV event. Mayweather is no longer with HBO.

If Bill.... says it's PPV I'll take his word for it, but I can only find that it is on Showtime with no mention of it being PPV. That would be nice if it was just on Showtime and Not PPV.
