But the least you can do is to bring a homemade card or something I guess
Personally, I think you should probably give some kind of gift, at least to your close friends. I would give a nicer gift to your best friends and work your way down. You could give a card or cheap gift from Walmart to other people. Even you you get a couple cheap things and put them together, it will make it look like it has more. Also take the price tags off. No one needs to know how much you actually spent;)
you should at least by a card, or print one of the internet, maybe you can buy one of those $1 scratch off lotto tickets

I've graduated 8th grade and I'm invited to a lot of parties, my parents can't afford $20 every party. I have at least two parties a weekend for the next two months. Is weird that I not bring anything?
