I had a hematoma in arm right after a day workout in gym, and now my chest muscle is pulled like the for 4 months now,
My doctor said to me that this need a surgery , but my question is: i want to start in boxing, is rocemmended for me? to fight? I do not do more wheights for now, I do only jogging.....I like very much to enter in boxing, will this harm my chest? its ok to not fight , I want to learn the moves...what sportes are recommended for me?
