If you do football and basketball competitively then I would suggest you don't do boxing unless you just plan to do it for fitness. If you want to compete, then you need to dedicate yourself to the sport. You need to be lean and super fit to do boxing and with football (I assume you play American football), you need as much mass as possible to make it harder for the other team to tackle you. To summarise, if you want to do boxing just for fitness, then go for it. If you want to do compete whilst doing your other sports, forget about it. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you no matter what you choose to do
it depends what you want from it, being a good fighter has nothing to do with boxing, neither does football or basketball, if you want to get extremely fit and lean then go boxing if there not the reasons, dont go but it helps with stress too
I don't do boxing but you should try it out. Different people have different preferences. You can't judge a sport just bc someone had they didn't like it. The worst that can happen is you not having a like in that sport.
yeah if you like getting hit
I am a pretty good fighter. I also play football and basketball so it would help with my footwork. I was just curious if anyone knows how it is, from personal experience
