But come to think of it, why doesn't Pacquiao agree to those terms if he is really dying to get a piece of Floyd? After losing to Marquez the way he did, and registering so-so PPV figures versus Rios in his comeback fight,I think Pacquiao is in no position to ask for parity with Floyd.
