If your house is getting redecorated you could put up a marquee in the garden and have the whole party out there - keeps everything separated and clean from the house (and easier to clean up after)
Also, you can get big or small marquee's depending on your space/invite list requirements and you can go all-out on decor inside the marquee - totally transform it or just leave it rustic-chic...
You get to chose the food, music, drinks, theme etc.

Restaurant night or rent a house and do a party
Have a kid themed party as you enjoy the last day before being an adult. Enjoy film of your kid days. Be a kid one more time.

Make a list of the top 7 people who mean the most to you. Get them to a table, with whiskey. That is your party, rain or shine. Even in a garage, that is a great party. Believe me, you don't want non-experienced drinkers in a club - there is always one who wrecks it by 10pm.
I turn 18 in July and I'm really stuck on ideas. I can't have a house party because my house is going to be getting redecorated at the time. I live in Northern Ireland so anything out doors is very weather dependant, even in July the weather can still be crap! I don't want anything huge just a memorable night with some friends (who are all still 17 which means we can't go to a club or anything) and maybe some family, but as I said I'm really stuck on ideas and would appreciate any ideas that you may have!
