I did a french-themed birthday party last year. I bought red white and blue napkins, and layered them to look like the french flag. My husband also wore a beret and fake moustache.

Decorate with white flags and the broken souls of surrendered soldiers.

I'm hosting a French themed dinner party. I'm really just looking for someone to help throw some ideas around. I need the most help with activities and decor.

I already have a meal planned, I will play french music. I'm thinking of having a poster of the Eiffel tower in the window or something. I will greet my guests with "bonjour" and leave it at that, haha. I have white plates and red tablecloth/napkins. How can I add blue (for the flag) without it looking American? This will be right after the 4th of July.

Any other ideas for activities, decorations? I was thinking the movie Ratatouille afterwards but other ideas for movies that take place in France/are French would be good too.

I do not need food ideas!
