Don't let the music be so loud keep it at a reasonable level, maybe even go to your neighbor and say you are having a party and if it gets too loud call you (give her your number) before the cops and you will fix the problem be as nice as possible

i think what you can do is rent like a big party room so all your fiends can come or just keep the volume down so the next door lady cant hear

or even maybe organize it when the next door lady is not here

You won't be able to rent a venue, because they won't risk their entertainment licence for a bunch of drunken teens. Your parents should get their sorry *sses to parenting classes.

My parents are okay with it they said they will buy some kegs.Everyone would be ages 15 to 18.I have built in wall speakers all over my house and back yard so the music is no problem.I have a big house two stories. But its about a $15,000 fine if you have a party with under age drinking and i wont have a party without under age drinking because then wheres the party with out it.My mom said they will not supply the weed but anyone can bring there own and smoke it at my house.I will invite everyone from school or who ever wants to come from around where I live.The problem is the lady who lives next door to me calls the cops on us constantly for whatever reason arguing anything she will definitely call the cops.So where else can I have a party with under age drinking and smoking if I cant have it at my house and friends houses are not an option.So what should I do where should I have it?
