throw a party get your parents arrested
get sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars when one of your drunk 13 yr old friends falls and breaks their neck and their parents sue your parents
sure have a party and make sure your friends all have lawyers to come when they get arrested for underage drinking make sure you have lots of bail money
whether it is byob or you use your parents or the easter bunny leaves it there for you makes NO difference to you being liable for prosecution and actually it would be your parents who get the blame because under the law you are an innocent 13 yr old ha ha ha little do they know
have a great night because you will never forget your night in jail and your parents will never forgive you and your friends parents will ban their kids from hanging with you till the end of time... but hey you seem to know it all
Best way not to get caught is dont do it.. If you try and something happens you parents are in trouble
Ok so I'm 13 and in middle school and want to throw a huge party with beer etc. but my neighbors would flip if I had a party because they watch me sometimes but I don't want my mom to find out and I want it to have alcohol and so do I just say byob and would that also not make me liable if the cops come so I just wanna throw like a huge party and not have to realy pay that much (20$) or so please tell me how to not get caught and how to deal with my neighbors and don't say like don't have a party because I'm going to thx
