How about a knuckle sandwich? Have you ever served a knuckle sandwhich? Invite your person(s) to dinner and then proceed to beat the hell out of them. When they ask you why you beat them you can tell them that you just got done serving them knuckle sandwiches. If they were worth your time and had any bit of grace and courtesy, they will accept the joke with humor and walk away with a good temper. If not, then give them a second serving of knuckle sandwiches.

for a main i would do beef fillet, roast shallots, celeriac puree with a red wine jus, possibly some carrot crisps to garnish
