Pot roast with lots of vegetables. Fresh fish with potatoes, fresh vegetables.
ground beef
1 tsb of soy sauce
chopped beef
a little bit of olive oil
spanich
lettuce
tomatoes
garlic
potatoes
brown rice

fry the meats then put a little bit of red wine in it then mix it with garlic, tomatoes and spinach and fry them all for 5 min after the meat is fully cooked/fried then broil your brown rice then filter the water out then let the rice cook again for about 1 hour but make sure it won't burn because at the bottom of the pot it would if cooked for too long.
then fry your eggs separately in separate pan using olive oil then chop your lettuce and put a little inside the dish plus an egg fried in a dish and a little bit of rice and your fried toppings (fried meat and stuff). this should do it at least this is how much I know.
Spaghetti
Try a steak dinner topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms. A side of extremely creamy mashed potatoes with friend green beans it will be amazing
Steak, roasted pepper & pearl barley salad will meets your need.
