I need help from an experienced chef. Please read?

It depends on where you live and what kind of fresh, local ingredients you can get. Remember less is more, keep it simple. A fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil salad, fresh fruit tart for dessert, strawberries are good now, or fresh cherries sauteed with a fruity liqueur over vanilla ice cream. Some kind of fresh fish cooked baked simply with some white wine, butter or olive oil and fresh herbs such as chives, dill, or even just flat leaf parsley. Good luck

Umm, no need to post the same question eight times, in every category. That just gets annoying, and is a violation.

I want to make a fancy dinner for my parents for their anniversary.

My sister is an amazing cook, and my specialty is dessert/appetizers. (I'm very good with making tarts, custards, anything with chocolate, and my sister makes caramel.) We both love to make our food look pretty. Anyway, my parents' anniversary is coming up, and we want to make something fancy. We are willing to buy fancy dishes. What we want is a recipe for an appetizer, drink, entree, and dessert. We also need to know what to put each dish on. Another thing is, we keep kosher meaning if we want to make a dairy dessert (which we do) we cannot make anything with meat. We can make fish. Help.

I need someone who is a chef to help. Thanks
