Make a couple appetizers (vegetables with dip, blooming onion, or something for finger foods cheese platter and different crackers)
You can start by having a salad make separate salads to their liking to start the meal
A way to make multiple entrees and make it fairly easy on yourself is BBQ season and marinade different meats and vegetables such as;
sweet and spicy chicken
straight BBQ chicken
Pork, beef, or lamb ribs
Lamb chop
smoke salmon or grill on a wonderful wood plank
different steak cuts to their liking
hamburger/ cheeseburger sliders
For an inside spread you can look at it like the a potluck
Spaghetti and meatballs
Slow cooker BBQ pulled pork
sliders
make a couple salads (pasta or potato salad ect)
to end the night with a bang
make one cake
one pie
and brownies / red velvet brownies
or can make from scratch different versions of strawberry short cake / with your home made pound cake ect
