If you're looking for a discipline to better yourself but still have fun I would suggest getting into parkour. Its fun, challenging, dynamic, doesn't require and equipment, and a great way to get more; strength, agility, balance, stamina, and endurance. I like it a lot because its an individual work out that you can take as far as you want to. I need a "FUN" exercise to do on weekends. I need exercise so that I will be healthy. My brothers play basketball but I hate basketball. I can't do any other sports because I don't have the equipment and they're kinda boring. Well, I like the "Ultimate" sport but I have no one to play with. I CAN'T invite my friends or family over (I know, weird isn't it?). I don't like jogging, work-out, etc. They're boring. So what should I do? BTW, I'm 13, male...
