Hold a party/gathering in hers or your own house that way anyone can come and you all can still drink and celebrate. If this wouldn't work hire out a room or bar for the night you'll be surprised how cheaply you can do this! This way everyone can also come and celebrate!

One of my good friends birthday is coming up and my friend and I are going to celebrate her birthday but we don't know what were going to do for HER.
