You could place all the food on a large plastic tarp / picnic blanket if I'm understanding correctly.

I'm hosting a beach party and everyone is bringing food to share with others. Where should I put the food though? I can't bring a table out there and if I put it in a plastic container, it wouldn't be easy to get to. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks.
