I might be bile, a yellow liquid that helps to break down food, and it would be best to get it out of your system. Dont force it out, just relax, have a basin or something nearby and let it come out if it needs to.
I just ate a bunch of thanks giving and my stomach hurts a little but I want to throw up. I'm not those type of people that throw up because they want to but I think throwing up will make my stomach feel better. I don't have that gagging feel or anything but I feel like ill get it later. Should I throw up??
