I cant find my stance in boxing?! please read!?

thats too bad

The so called - English style - was to "box behind the jab" this proved very good producing many world champs. Now you can adopt a natural style - hands down - up etc....

Your problem is the weak right hand, this is no good regardless of style. You must work on the power and timing of the right hand. But if you are not comfortable, i/e foot position you will get hit.

You have to select - a right hand or left hand lead - either way your right must be improved.

You need hours of heavy bag work leading with the right (in my opinion) and working hard on that right jab and right hook. That is the only way. hard work, no short cuts.

just comes down to repetitive training, train in that stance 24/7 soon youll see increase obviously your right hand is just weak so you need to focus more on more heavy bag punching and big shots not fast combinations

You can't TRY to be in a natural stance; you'll never achieve it. You'll just end up handling an awkward stance. You have to simply find your natural stance. Don't try to find it, just find it.

you shouldnt be fighting until you are comfortable with your stance tell your trainer that you need more time to train before you fight

wow well really all you can do is practice the other stances and I mean practice all the time until you get used to it.

Hey guys... well i have my first fight coming up in july and i just cant find my stance! im left handed and iv been training in a orthodox stance because thats the stance i feel comftable in.. but my right hand is weak. i can fight in a southpaw stance but it feels strange to fight in that stance and my jab in the soutpaw stance is weak and it i cant get much power and speed behind it so when i fight all i rely on is my big left hand, i want to live up to the southpaw name but my jab is weak with my right and has no speed, i do everything with my left hand im orginally a southpaw but cant box that style but i want to! how can i get used to boxing in that stance and get more power and speed in my right hand jab? Please help me i will give ten points to the best answer! i need to sort this out! and remember i am orginally a southpaw!
