You could probably rent a hall in the area. That way people would be inside and ( hopefully! ) not disturb anyone nearby. Be sure you find out about the rules concerning alcoholic beverages on the property!

I'm really want to throw a big party (preferably the weekend after halloween) The only problem is that I can't throw it at my place and none of my friends can throw it at theirs. I was thinking about throwing one a park or in the woods but because I live in a city it's hard to find a place where there aren't a lot of cops driving by and a place where i won't be at risk of disturbing any residents. There will almost 100% be alcohol and I can't get busted! Where and how can i pull this off?
