How to stop the pain after boxing?

Any number of mistakes you could be making may contribute to what you're experiencing, sure...but what else is to be expected? You've barely begun training, you're not gonna get it right the first time...no one does. If you got a good coach who keeps eyes on you, lets you know if you're not hittin the right notes, you're likely not going to hurt yourself.

That ain't the problem, though, just something to remember. Your body's not used to what boxing requires, at least not yet. So, yeah it's gonna be a bit uncomfortable, but the more you bust your *** down at the gym, the faster that subsides.

Keep at it, I'm positive you're not hurt. Your body's making a few adjustments.

10 lessons at what frequency? Assuming you take 2 a week, that would make it 5 weeks, if you are still having dull aches and pains after that time, whoever is supposed to be in charge is not paying enough attention or doing something wrong. It's either something with your technique or they are putting you into drills and exercises that are beyond your experience level. Talk to the trainers and express your concerns and make sure they are addressed before you continue.

Like any thing new especially boxing you will be using parts of your body in ways that you haven't in the past. The way you deal with the aches and pains is up to you but there is no way to avoid this.

it may just be your body getting acky from working out matbe its just because your body is not used to it....try streching or take a warm bath hun

Ive recently started boxing lessons ( around 10 lessons ) at first i just had general muscle ache. After my last two lesson, ive had an ache in my arm or hands, but its more like the actually bone is hurting. There is no bruise or marks, but a dull ache from my bone. What am i doing wrong, and how can i stop this?
