Do you have family in Jamaica that can help you plan? Send them your wish list of items: red carpet, lights, etc. Maybe they can contact local vendors to get some of those items already.

I'll be 21 in February,I want to have my party in Jamaica and I want to start planning ahead of time.....I've always had my birthday party since age 2 my friends always look forward to my parties..I left Jamaica in 2009 and I wanna go bck and have a nice birthday party...all my friends and family are live there.....my biggest problem is I do not knw what to start planning or how to start planning,it's a celebrity theme party and I wanna have red carpet...I'm lost as to what to start doing even tho the time seem so far......your suggestions means a lot to me,ideas for invitation,decorations,Venus etc...if you knw event planners in Jamaica you could also suggest them.......
