I suggest you buy a cutter, they're only a dollar or two. The alternative is cutting them by hand with a paper mold which will take you HOURS. You need a cookie that doesn't spread, like shortbread.

So I want to make penis cookies for my friends 18th, I don't have any cutters and I don't want to buy them for just one occasion. So what would you suggest? What is the best cookie recipe where you can easily shape them? Or any suggestions
