It sounds like you are trying to take advantage of your friend and her family.
If you value her friendship, don't do it there.
You want "loads of alcohol, loads of people, and really loud music" -- sounds like the formula for misbehavior and property damage.
If you did that to me, you would not be my friend and I would make sure that you pay a very high price for the consequences!
My friend lives on a massive farm, and she has a barn at the far side of it, and me and some of our other friends are trying to convince her to have a party there. You know, one with loads of alcohol, loads of people, and really loud music. The barn would be perfect because its away from her house, and her parents and it's private. How do we convince her to do it, and also, have you got any awesome tips on how we can make it one of the best parties ever!!?? We want people to be talking about it for ages. Thanks xoxox
