Say you are allergic to chlorine! it is very common, some of my friends that i swim with (im a swimmer btw) are allergic to chlorine and end up with rashes or sneezing, but they still swim. Some stop swimming because they are allergic to chlorine, so on so forth. So it is common to be allergic to the chemical. Your teacher is not going to make you swim when you are allergic to the chlorine because if anything bad happens it would be on their hands. So that is a great idea.
An ear infection might work for a while, but not for two months sorry ahah, you would need a doctors certificate if it lasted that long.
I really hoped this helped, and like i said i feel for you its really disgusting, i know. The toilets at my swim centre are like that too, and people just strip right in front of you and your like, okaaayyy, lets get out of here now ahaha.
yeah :) Goodluck! xox
My school is exactly the same. It's disgusting and the changing rooms are so unhygienic. There is no privacy and we used to literally get naked in front of each other, which I hated!
I used to make up stuff like I had a verruca, was allergic to chlorine, had a fear of the water, ect. Well it worked since I haven't swam in that school for nearly 3 years. Hope this helps. :)
An ear infection might work, but you'd need a note I bet.
Personally, I'd just do it. I mean, all the other kids are.
But it's your choice.
It is a good excuse but can't keep you out forever. Just tell your mom or your pe teacher about your complaints. They should be able to understand. Good Luck :)
In a few days my p.e class is starting swimming :( I don't want to do it cause the changing rooms are disgusting and not very private, I don't like the smell of chlorine, my hair an make up will get ruined within the first hour of school etc... I can't say that I have my period for 2 months, so Is there any good excuses that I can use? I thought of saying that I had an ear inection or a burst ear drum... Is that a good excuse? Thanks :)
