walk up to whoevers is hosting the party and say "Hey what are you doing on (whatever day the party is), ask your friends, wear cute clothes,. You also might want to tell your sister how you got invited to the many parties you have been to!
Let people know your free. Eg: Oh, next week I'm up to nothing at all, you?, Start to communicate with people you woulnt normally, you might surprise yourself! & Finally... Just talk to the person who's party it is, don't be shy, that won't get you anywhere! Good Luck!
