Stretch every night!!!! Push yourself a little bit further each time. Over splits will help. Wall straddles. Split against the wall. When u r in bed doing nothing..... Pull your leg up and stretch it.....
You used to be flexible, so just think back and remember those stretches you did. Before you start stretching I would recomend doing jumping jacks or jogging before to help "loosen up" I guess ;)
Stretch everynight, as much as you can but don't push yourself. You'll be able to in time
have your friends tie your legs to two cars facing opposite directions, then have the cars go 5mph until you see blood.
I use to be flexible but now I can't even seem to do a split. How can I gain my flexibility back....Please help
