just do your splits every night until you have them. the length of time depends on your age, in all reality, if you haven't hit puberty yet, then they will be much easier to get. And you will get them faster, but if you have hit puberty, then it will take longer and be harder.

stretch for 10 mins, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. that is all

Stretch every free moment you have, but dont overstretch because you dont want to pull anything.

When i used to cheer i could do a split . Then years past i cant do it any more , so any tips on how to do a split , heel stretch, front splt, bow n arrow ? And how long is it going to take?
