I'm assuming if you know nothing about it, then you wouldn't have proper equipment. I think you and your friends are thinking of just picking out songs... For simple music entertainment at the party, download Spotify, put together a great playlist, and go on settings to turn on crossfade (you can look up how to turn it on). Crossfade will allow the ending of the current song and beginning of the next song to blend a bit so there is no stop in music.

I recommend getting premium or getting a trial so there will be no advertisement commercials. That would be a bummer at a party.

My friend was thinking of throwing a party and I offered to DJ for her because many people have told me I have a great taste in music. The thing is, I know NOTHING about how to DJ. Plus, I might throw my own party too but I still don't know anything about DJing. Can anyone refer me to any articles about DJing or telling me some websites or programs you've used to DJ??
