If you kept it simple probably 5 to 10 thousand. you should spend a lot on your dress you should look expensive because you are being honored honored and you are going to have pictures the rest of your life! Um like I LOVE your theme my sweet 16 was a dumb theme I did a vintage 50's theme. As of any ideas I think you should have half the room decorated as innocent and angelic( white ,feathers,pearls) for the centerpiece of the angel side you could just buy cheap glass candle holders (large and tall ) fill them with water and some flowers! For the devil side I would do the same candle holders but put red candles in the candle holder and underneath the candle holder some red feathers! For table cloths I would do cheap white and red table clothes(the hotel might offer them also ask if they offer centerpieces sometimes they will do it for free! Also have you thought about doing like a clique dance? have five of your closest friends and you and them plan a dance!
