2. Coaches- Yes, the fighter pays for all costs of training plus the fee charged for each man in the corner. However, prospects often don't have to come out of pocket initially. They are either financed by someone with an agreement for a % of future earnings, their trainer foregoes payment for a % of future earnings, given loans by their promoter or manager.
3. How much they're earning now- Nobody without inside knowledge can tell you the exact amount high end fighters are actually being paid, but estimates or ranges can be made. Now truth is Floyd didn't net $150M for two bouts and he didn't net $50M for 1. My estimate is that he's making $7 to 12M per fight and netting after all costs, but before taxes, $3.5-6M per fight.
Depends on how good you are & who you're fighting & how well you're known. As someone mentioned it's only a plus if you have a good amatuer background. Club Level fighters make peanuts.
If you are good enough to make at least 3 or 4 tv appearances on say FS or on ESPN a year you can make a good $50,000-$60,000 a year.
If you are fighting on a network like showtime or HBO & under a Major promotional company like Top Rank or Golden Boy you can make even more. A lot of guys with HBO contracts are getting paid 1 Million to 4 Million Dollars a fight.
Asking how much pro fighters get paid for their 1st fight is the same thing as asking how much do professional tennis/soccer/golf/billiard/arm wrestlers/soccer players/kick boxers/UFC fighters get paid for their 1st game/match a question that has no true answer I can go on for pages but I really hope you get the point because in the U.S.A. it is between $100 for scheduled round which is usually 400 dollars but it can be $25,000 as in fighters like Floyd Mayweather
I believe that it depends on who they are fighting - What their amateur records were - How much hype there is for the fight - Amount of tickets sold - etc. Coaches are paid via contractual agreements, so it varies.

One last thing i wanna add, IF the fighters didn't pay their coaches (Which am not sure of) how do they get money or work as?
